Dear Soulmate Manifesters,

Yesterday a client called me with a story all too common...

She’d met a man and felt an instant WOW with him. Their connection felt so profound that it made her trust him before she knew him. She threw herself into his life, and enjoyed a few magical weeks with him.

But at the first little conflict he was suddenly defensive, angry, and unkind. She was devastated. She’d been so sure he was the man for her...

She’d fallen for what I call, “The Danger of a Spiritual Connection.”

This is when the amazing feelings of love you have for someone cause you to trust HOW YOU FEEL before what they are doing or saying. Instead of going through the normal, healthy “getting to know you” stages, you decide RIGHT AWAY that this new love is “it.”

There are two problems with doing that...

Not only can following your “wow” feelings make you fall in love with someone totally unworthy of your loyalty who can hurt you any minute... it puts ENORMOUS pressure on a new, blossoming romance.

Now, I know what you’re thinking... “But Arielle and Brian knew right away that they were going to be together... Don’t soulmates often recognize each other like that?”

Yes, they do. Arielle and Brian’s story is sooooo sweet, and they’re an amazing, happy couple. And they still “put in the time” before fully joining their lives. Most of us find someone we like who then grows on us... kinda like mold. And that can be every bit as much of a soulmate relationship, too!

As an astrologer I have a unique perspective. There’s an amazing compatibility technique from India that’s been used for thousands of years to arrange marriages that reveals NOT ONLY how a couple will FEEL together, but the very DESTINY of their union as well.

And that’s why I don’t think your feelings are enough – you see, there’s a connection you can have with someone called, “Mahendra” which means “sense of purpose.” It makes you both feel you’re SUPPOSED to be together.

There’s another connection called, “Vasya” which means “magnetic attraction” which makes you so turned on (not just sexually – emotionally and intellectually, as well) that it can overwhelm everything else.

You can have these beautiful astrological connections but not be otherwise compatible. And those are the most unhappy couples I see – totally hooked on someone who can’t meet their needs.

So if you think you’ve found your true love, get to know them over time. Arielle says a soulmate is someone who loves you unconditionally and treats you well. I agree! So find out if they do that and if over time they keep doing that. Anything less is a false soulmate and not good enough for you.
